Terms of Service

Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms of Service (ToS) define the terms and conditions under which Manu provides professional Users with its quote and invoice creation assistant service via WhatsApp.

Use of the Service implies full and complete acceptance of these ToS.

Article 2 - Definitions

• "Service": The Manu assistant accessible via WhatsApp for creating quotes and invoices
• "User": Any natural or legal person, professional, using the Service
• "Publisher": The company publishing the Manu Service
• "Documents": Quotes, invoices and other commercial documents generated via the Service
• "Subscription": Paid plan allowing access to the Service

Article 3 - Access to the Service

3.1 Access conditions

The Service is reserved for professionals (craftsmen, businesses, self-employed). To access the Service, the User must:

• Have a phone number with WhatsApp
• Be of legal age and legally capable
• Carry out a registered professional activity
• Have a valid business registration number

3.2 Trial period

The User benefits from a free trial period of 20 days or 30 documents (whichever is reached first). After this period, a paid subscription is required.

3.3 Registration

Registration is automatic upon first contact with Manu via WhatsApp. The User agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Article 4 - Service Description

4.1 Features

The Service allows:

• Creating quotes and invoices by voice or text command
• Automatic generation of compliant PDF documents
• Sending documents by email or WhatsApp
• Managing a client and product database
• Document tracking (statuses, reminders)
• Accounting export (Excel format)

4.2 Availability

The Publisher strives to ensure Service availability 24/7, but does not guarantee continuous availability. Interruptions for maintenance or updates may occur.

4.3 Updates

The Publisher reserves the right to evolve the Service, add or remove features, without incurring liability.

Article 5 - Pricing and Payment

5.1 Subscription plans

5.2 Payment methods

• Secure payment by credit card via Stripe
• Automatic debit at each due date
• Invoice available in the customer area

5.3 Price changes

The Publisher reserves the right to modify its prices. Any change will be notified 30 days before it takes effect. The User may cancel before the new prices apply.

Article 6 - User Obligations

The User agrees to:

• Use the Service in accordance with its professional purpose
• Provide accurate information compliant with regulations
• Not use the Service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Comply with legal obligations regarding invoicing
• Retain generated documents in accordance with legal periods
• Not attempt to bypass Service security measures
• Not resell or transfer access to the Service

Article 7 - Liability

7.1 Publisher liability

The Publisher:

• Commits to providing quality service
• Does not guarantee complete absence of errors or interruptions
• Cannot be held liable for indirect damages
• Is not responsible for the use made of documents by the User

7.2 User liability

The User is solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of entered information
• The compliance of their documents with legal standards
• Their tax and accounting obligations
• The retention of their documents

Article 8 - Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, features, source code and content are the exclusive property of the Publisher and are protected by intellectual property law.

The User retains ownership of the data they enter and the documents generated.

Article 9 - Termination

9.1 By the User

The User may cancel their subscription at any time. Termination takes effect at the end of the current period. No refund is made for the period in progress.

9.2 By the Publisher

The Publisher may suspend or terminate access in case of:

• Non-payment of subscription
• Violation of these ToS
• Fraudulent use of the Service
• Behavior harmful to the Service or other users

9.3 Consequences

Upon termination, the User retains access to their data for 30 days for export. After this period, data may be deleted (except legal obligations).

Article 10 - Personal Data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Article 11 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution began with the express consent of the consumer.

By using the Service immediately after registration, the User expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

Article 12 - ToS Modifications

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these ToS. Modifications will be notified to Users by WhatsApp or email. Use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Article 13 - Applicable Law and Disputes

These ToS are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the courts of Delaware shall have jurisdiction.
