To request the deletion of all your personal data, send an email to:

To process your request quickly, please include:
- Your WhatsApp phone number associated with the Manu account
- Your name or company name
- Explicit confirmation of your deletion request

Data covered by deletion
Upon request, we will delete:
✅ Data deleted
- • Profile and company information
- • Conversation history
- • Client database
- • Product database
- • Transcribed voice messages
- • Preferences and settings
⚠️ Data retained (legal obligations)
- • Issued invoices (10 years - Commercial Code)
- • Accounting records (10 years)
- • Stripe transaction logs
- • Data required by authorities
⚠️ Important:
In accordance with French Commercial Code (Article L.123-22), accounting documents (invoices) must be retained for 10 years. This data will be anonymized but cannot be deleted before this period.

You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Consequences of deletion
Deleting your data results in:
- ❌ Permanent closure of your Manu account
- ❌ Loss of access to your quote history
- ❌ Loss of your client and product database
- ❌ Inability to recover this data later
We recommend exporting your data before requesting deletion.

Before requesting deletion, you can export your data by sending a message to Manu via WhatsApp:
"Export my data"
or
"Export accounting for this year"
